25 points and 11 rebounds by "Never Nervous" Revis Ellison led No.7 Louisville to a 72-69 victory over top-ranked Duke in the NCAA Final. This was the Cardinals' second title of the decade. Ellison became the first freshman to win tournament MVP honors since Utah's Arnie Ferrin in 1944.
